Autoroute A 15 Parme-La Spezia, sortie Pontremoli, tourner à gauche, parcourir la route départementale en direction de Mulazzo, au km 3,6, sur la droite, il y a la signalisation et l'entrée de la ferme.

I prezzi comprendono tutti i consumi di acqua, gas, energia elettrica, biancheria da camera, bagno, cucina, con cambio settimanale e pulizia finale appartamento. Utilizzo servizi: piscina, tennis da tavolo, calcio balilla, campo di calcetto, bici mountain bike, barbecue esterni. Sono extra: il riscaldamento Û 13,00 per appartamento al giorno da pagare in loco.

Week end: Minimo 2 notti e solo in media e bassa stagione. Periodi settimanali: Arrivo Sabato pomeriggio dalle ore 16.30 19.00 e partenza Sabato entro le ore 10.00. Cauzione: Euro 155,00 per appartamento. Caparra: 40% alla prenotazione.
Prices include the use of water, gas and electricity; plus bed, bathroom and kitchen linen. (The linen will be changed weekly). The apartments are throughly cleaned when the guests leave. Price also include the use of the swimming pool, table-tennis, "calcio balilla", little football ground, the mountain bicycles and barbecues.

Extras: heating Euro 13,00 a day, for apartment to be paid on site. Week end: Minimum 2 nights, only during and low season. Weekly stays: Arrival on Saturday afternoons between 16.30 - 19.00 and departure on Saturday morning by 10.00. Caution money: Euro 155,00 for apartament. Deposit: 40% at the time of booking.
Le prix comprennent la consommation d'eau, de gas, d'électricité, le linge de chambre, de salle, de bain, de cuisine, la substitution du linge une fois par semaine et le nettoyage final de la chambre.
