The farmhouse - which dates back to 1700 - is situated in a large valley next to an antique well and has been competely renovated. Through the use of specific materials, the main structure still maintains its original style which represents the hard work of past generation famers and their products.

Il Podere del Germano Reale sits on over 20 acres of land, which provide walking paths through fields with olive trees, grape vines and other fruit bearing trees, through the silent wooded area or around the private lake in the company of ducks and mallards.
