On one elevated hill commanding a stupendous panorama of the Versilian seashore and Lake Massaciuccoli, in the ancient hamlet of Casesi-Corsanico, set into the hills of Lucchesia, we find the Elves House, a typical Tuscan architecture house of the seventeenth century.
The house is brilliantly sunlit and is made up of two split levels plus a loft, with a sophisticated, warm atmosphere. Every room has a window overlooking the sea and a few also look out over the woods. There are three bedrooms, with private bathrooms each, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a small study and a bathroom, a large kitchen with a second fireplace, and a dining room.
In the luxuriant garden running around there are the swimming-pool, a venerable gazebo and a wood stove for outdoor cooking, and outdoor dining place. A venerable gazebo commands a beautiful panoramic vista and one can sit outdoors to enjoy lunch or aperitifs at sunset. A barbecue and wood stove are available for outdoor cooking with the old-time wholesome flavours.
Sheds and storage rooms are available from the yard. Its position is strategic for many itineraries one can take, historical, cultural or nature trails: hamlets, trekking, bicycling or horse riding.
