Agritourism in Umbertide, the property has been in our Family since 1749, when much of the surrounding area was owned and administrated by the Count ship of Mochi Onori, who lived in the magnificent Villa which still form part of property.
Today, the former servants quarters, stables and stalls have been converted into Farm Holidays with 9 apartments for rent of various dimensions, furnished in an authentic rustic style, and all fully self-contained.
The apartments can accommodate from 2 to 6 guests, and the whole complex; a total of 35 guests.
Agritourism Vigne di Pace enjoys a very picturesque location on a vine covered hillside near Umbertide in the rolling countryside of northern Umbria, not far from the border of Tuscany, and all the paraphernalia of a working farm and vineyard. In less than an hour by car, you can reach the historical wonders of Assisi, Siena, Perugia, Pienza, Gubbio, and Arezzo.
The owners will be delighted to help you enjoy the pleasures of other less famous but equally fascinating towns in the local area.
On the ground floor is a large sitting room, created on the site of the old stalls, with an antique wood burning stove, ideal for passing time, perhaps by reading something from the library, distracting your attention with a game, or simply watching flames flicker.
Equally magical is the antique wine cellar, with the solid brick vaulted ceiling meticulously restored, where the local farm produce of wines and other seasonal delicacies can be tasted.
Other service: breakfast are served in the garden barbecue dinner are organized, baby-sitter service, participate in horseback trials and excursions with our associated corral .
